Source-linked evidence
Article sources are linked next to the relevant research. Official product documentation supports specific product and category descriptions; contractor-specific suitability remains unverified. Source checks made on 20 October 2026 are not a guarantee that products or terms will remain unchanged.
We do not publish invented testimonials, adoption totals or provider ratings. Directional market estimates in the supplied brief are omitted from the landing page because they do not establish a buying decision.
Authored implementation, explicit limits
The source brief contains a truncated design description and incomplete detailed research fields. The five acceptance tabs, tool implementations and launch articles are authored from the available specification. They do not claim to reproduce missing source material.
Synthetic M-601 schedules, RTU-01 examples and sample costs are fictional review fixtures. Manufacturer particulars, commercial conditions and labor references do not individually constitute an estimate.
Calculations you can inspect
Net monthly hours = bids × (preparation minutes × coverage − checking minutes − correction minutes) ÷ 60 − monthly administration hours. Negative results remain negative. Capacity value = net hours × entered loaded hourly cost.
Cash payback uses separately evidenced avoidable expenditure minus recurring cash costs. With no positive net cash benefit, cash payback is not demonstrated. Three-year cash cost adds one-off implementation, training, 36 recurring months and separately stated exit assumptions.
Gross margin = (selling price − cost) ÷ selling price. Mark-up = (selling price − cost) ÷ cost. Zero denominators and unknown cost inputs remain undefined.
A transparent route rubric
Tool, Build and Expert criteria each contribute 2 points when selected. Build is ineligible without a technical owner and maintenance capacity. No estimator reviewer blocks rollout for every route. Eligible scores within 2 points of the leader form a mixed route.
The demo flags undocumented processes, fewer than 5 monthly bids, or sequential waiting longer than active effort as process-first cases. These are explicit triage heuristics, not validated industry benchmarks.
Accountable review
Holdout bids, source references, consequence-weighted failures and buyer-set acceptance thresholds belong in every pilot. Qualified reviewers retain responsibility for engineering, contractual precedence, code, refrigerant, efficiency and jurisdiction-specific requirements.
