Review the first operating cases with the estimating lead, then choose a cadence proportionate to workload and changes. This is an operational recommendation rather than a mandatory external schedule.
Track eligible volume, human effort per approved quote, unresolved exceptions, omission severity, time to correct errors, failed integrations and actual costs. Keep case-level evidence so an improving average cannot conceal a serious miss. Re-test after material changes to models, templates, pricing data, receiving-system interfaces or document types.
Expand only when the accepted workflow remains dependable under normal staff and workload conditions. Pause the affected path if critical errors recur or ownership lapses; retain the evidence, correct the cause and repeat the relevant acceptance cases.
