Run in shadow mode: the normal estimate remains authoritative while the team evaluates assisted outputs. Move to assisted production only for the tested document family and user group.
Train reviewers with genuine failure examples. Explain that a confident answer, clean spreadsheet or green status is not approval. Set a support route for the bid deadline, including what happens if the application is unavailable.
Retest after meaningful changes to the model, parser, price source, schema or integration. Keep previous test cases so improvements do not silently reintroduce known omissions. Exit or narrow the project when correction effort or maintenance exceeds the accepted case.
