How do we test pricing and labour controls?

Use an authorised or synthetic estimate with a supplier quote expiring before the proposed customer validity period. Include an uncertain model match and original units. Ask the tool to identify the issue without substituting equipment or overwriting an approved rate.

Have finance verify the formulas separately from the generated prose. Require ownership of labour factors and documented overrides. A published pricing-data refresh, such as the HPH integration, does not itself establish a valid purchase offer for the project.
